    Responsibilities

    The United States Attorney's Office, Middle District of Florida (MDFL), is seeking an experienced attorney interested in working in our Criminal Division. The MDFL is headquartered in Tampa and has branch offices in Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Myers and Ocala. This position can be filled in any of our 5 offices.     The candidate selected for this vacancy will represent the United States in a wide variety of criminal cases, including cases involving firearms and other violent crimes, drugs, immigration, Project Safe Childhood (child pornography), fraud and other white collar crime.

    Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.

    As needed, additional positions may be filled using this announcement.
