The selectee for this position serves as a Audiovisual Production Specialist in the  Information Technology and Communications Services (ITACS) Department of Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. The work of this position directly supports the work of the Educational Technologies office of the (ITACS) department which includes Video Teleconferencing, Audiovisual, Streaming Media, Distance Learning and other methods of support to faculty and students.

Duties

  · Providing system design, technical guidance and/or quality control techniques for VTC, Audio Conferencing, Collaboration Technology, System Integration, and/or Streaming and Recording requests.

  · Optimizing the functionality of networks and/or systems.

  · Monitoring the status and progress of work to ensure the priorities and deadlines have been met.

  • Occasional Travel
  • Travel is dependent upon position description and availability of funding.
