Serve as an Emergency Management Specialist for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) Environmental Health & Safety Department, located in Phoenix, AZ. The incumbent will report to the Environmental Health & Safety Manager onsite.

Serve as an Emergency Management Specialist -

  • Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate all PIMC emergency management plans and policies
  • Manage, prioritize, and provide deliverables for applicable grants
  • Serve as a liaison with all Federal, State, City and Tribal emergency management groups and teams, assuring PIMC is a partner and participates in all local events
  • Coordinate all educational and preparation drills, exercises, classes and events
  • Assure PIMC has functioning communication capabilities including satellite technology and Internet connectivity
