About the Position:
Incumbent of this position serves as a General Attorney for
US Army Corps of Engineers, Japan Engineer District. The incumbent acts
as legal advisor and consultant to the District Counsel, District Engineer, and
other staff members advising on questions of law or administrative
policy involving District operations and its contacts with industry,
private and professional associations, foreign government and the public.
Incumbent advises on all stages of procurement process from review of advance
procurement plans to contract completion, final payment and settlement of any
claims and appeals.
