    Responsibilities

    If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for the Intelligence Research program for the United States Attorney's Office, Middle District of Pennsylvania.

    Typical work assignments will include:

    -Providing intelligence and analytical support to the District in areas of terrorism, export violations and international organized crime.
    -Working closely with national security prosecutors and the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Joint Terrorism Task Force.
    -Conducting thorough and complex research related to suspected terrorists and terrorist activities.
    -Collecting and analyzing intelligence data on targeted individuals and organizations.
    -Coordinating, developing and implementing intelligence and law enforcement programs.
    -Maintaining accurate databases of the law enforcement community to facilitate dissemination of materials relevant to anti-terrorism and other law enforcement goals.
    -Identifying the informational needs of law enforcement organizations by developing and disseminating relevant information.
    -Serving as a spokesperson for the District on intelligence related topics before other intelligence organizations and law enforcement agencies.
    -Facilitates the flow of intelligence information between the U.S. Attorney's Office, the Joint Terrorism Task Force and other appropriate law enforcement organizations related to ongoing investigations.
    -Preparing educational and instructional materials and conducting training and briefings related to anti-terrorism and law enforcement programs.
    -Designing and directing the District's Law Enforcement Coordination program.

    Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
