    Responsibilities

    The incumbent is responsible for the development and compilation of project designs, plans, finish selections, specifications, graphic presentations and programming documents required to provide the specified conditions and environments for various facility projects.  This further encompasses assisting with design involvement of various environments including, but not limited to, renovations and maintenance, documentation for funding construction of new facilities, interface with NAVFAC engineers, as well as many aspects of space allocations, work process flows and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.  The incumbent participates with the designing and facilitation of project/scope of work packages for various scaled projects, which must meet budget criterion, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and ADA regulations and scheduled design points.  Assists with work requests for work design related projects at MCCS facilities.
