    The primary purpose of this position is to provide for the overall operation, supervision, administrative and fiscal management of the Skills Development Program.

    Responsibilities

    • Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Skills Development Center, ensuring that the programs complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
    • Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
    • Represent the Skills Development Center to a variety of installation and functional area organizations to create effective working relationships with other Services activities, base organizations, off-base organizations, etc.
    • Plans, organizes, instructs, and directs a wide Yaricty of Western and Asian cultural, skill, hobby and craft activities
    • Ensures financial stability, p1ans and determines budget requirements, establishes the income and expense budgets, NAF requirements budget and APF budget.
    • Devises, improvises and adapts various activities to meet wide range of participants needs and interests, working within the limitation of funds, facilities, equipment, and human resources (both volunteer and paid staft).
