    Responsibilities

    ·    Assists the Chief, Education and Training in administration of Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs.

    ·    Responsible for overall management OJT program for the wing.

    ·    Manages the development of education and training instructional products.

    ·    Plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates operations of the Advance Distributed Learning, and multimedia education and training programs.

    ·    Monitors the overall accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained in Personnel Data System (PDS) and Education and Training Systems.  Administers a diversified testing program. 

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - May be required to perform temporary duty away from normal duty station.
