Duties
- Manages a large business activity. Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
- Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives. As a second level supervisor reviews the actions of subordinate supervisors.
- Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.

Qualifications
Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
Best Qualifying Criteria
- A minimum of 2 years of management experience. Experience in the entertainment, retail, food service, or hospitality industries is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of working with preparing and managing a budget on a professional level
- Have strong organizational skills, able to multitask, are adept at handling unexpected situations during events or daily operations AND Have excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with staff, customers, and partners
