GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
performing facility assets and real properties control for rehabilitation or modification according to mission goals; conducting space assignment inspections and surveys; providing technical document and record keeping assistance; AND evaluating existing policies, practices, and procedures, and suggests alternatives for improvement.
GS-07:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
assisting in preparing facility projects requirements (e.g., designs, cost estimates, documents, sketches) for accuracy and completeness.
