Specialized Experience GS-12: One years specialized experience that includes patient advocacy, and facilitating understanding of the assigned organizational unit's individual mission and an atmosphere conducive to quality patient care.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11)
Specialized Experience GS-13: One year of specialized experience in the federal government that includes administrative support maintaining accountability for productivity, patient satisfaction, other relevant health care-delivery/business-plan targets and coordinating budget planning, execution and recommending allocation of funds and resources per program objectives and mission needs.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12)
