In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following:
1) Project Management knowledge and expertise for technical engineering and/or architectural services for a broad range of facilities.
2) Knowledge and experience in all aspects of design and construction contract acquisition strategies, project programming, planning, and project budget estimates for preliminary design deliverables, design scope development, design oversight, and construction oversight and other required services.
3) Knowledge and experience in identifying areas of risk associated with design and construction and develops mitigation strategies or alternatives.
PE or RA is NOT required.
