SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In order to qualify for this position based on experience your resume must describe one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 level that includes the ability to: 1) Evaluate cost/schedule/resources management and program reporting for one or more vehicle systems, vehicle technology, or one or more funding categories; 2) Provide budgetary information to inform program plans and strategies; 3) Utilize technical knowledge of automated systems (enterprise systems such as GFEBS) to analyze and/or develop alternative solutions for budget issues (i.e. execution and/or budgeting/planning/programming); and 4) Communicate project/program status to identify areas needing emphasis and to ensure costs and schedules are accurately planned and executed.
The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02 (or GS-11 equivalent).
