You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as performing ALL of the following duties: 1) Developing acquisition and financial policies and guidance for assigned program initiatives to manage the acquisition lifecycle of products/programs to include cost, schedule, and performance;
2) Developing and tracking budget and planning activities within a Project Management office to ensure requirements are accomplished;
and, 3) Managing the acquisition lifecycle and documentation of assigned projects at each stage to identify and develop required programmatic documentation.
The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03 or GS-13 equivalent.
