Duties
Serves as a junior analyst at the IMCOM Headquarters level performing a variety of analytical duties for G9 Technology Services Division, HQ IMCOM. Reports directly to the Plans and Resources Branch Chief.
Serves as SME for Army Portfolio Management System (APMS) and Information Technology Approved System. Responsible for preparing Technology Services fiscal budget guidance, budget preparation and oversight of yearly budget execution. Serve as Government Purchase Card (GPC) billing official and payroll super user.
Disseminates DoD and Army Policies, Directives, and Instructions to Information System Owners in a manner that can be easily understood and applied throughout the G9 Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) mission information systems, in support of Portfolio Management and Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Assists supervisor or senior program analyst in the administration of processes and analytical support associated with assigned program areas. Determines data required for analysis and devises appropriate methods for securing required information from sources such as reports, surveys, on-site investigations, discussions with officials, statutes, policies, plans, schedules, etc. Analyzes issues, selects and applies accepted analytical techniques. Develops initial conclusions and recommendations for problems analyzed for submission to senior analyst or supervisor.
May oversee operating procedures for a variety of administrative and/or program support functions.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.
Possess knowledge of the basic principles, concepts, and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques.
Possess knowledge of assigned programs, the role they play in supporting total Army programs, and their contribution to Army MWR.
In addition to above, highly qualified candidates will also possess: Experience working with Army Portfolio Management System (APMS) and Information Technology Approval System. experience with budget preparation. Experience with Government Purchase Card program such as billing official duties.
