AREA OF CONSIDERATION: This position is in the Exceptive Service "under the authority of Title 5, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)" and is open to on board (Tenure 1, 2 and 3) federal employees/technicians (T32 and T5) within the agency located in HRO. Tenure can be in block 24 on your latest SF 50.
PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs, MAY be authorized. Authorization for payment of PCS expenses will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE- GS13: Must have at least one year of specialized experiences at the GS-12 level or the equivalent which provides knowledge and/or experience advising and supporting State managers, supervisors, and the Human Resources Officer; experience educating commanders, managers, and supervisors on a wide range of programs, regulations, and policies regarding hiring of federal employees; experience responding to inquiries and providing recommendations to resolve complex interrelated HR issues regarding recruitment and placement, employee benefits, position classification (position management), and HR development ; experience evaluating work processes, providing training, and ensures accuracy and applicability according to regulatory and statutory guidance; experience recommending effective and alternative actions where needed; experience providing disciplinary measures such as warnings and reprimands and recommends action in more serious disciplinary matters; experience in managing the function of the work to be performed; experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
