Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; a demonstrated writing ability; and the ability to multitask within strict deadlines are also required.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with acquisition policies and procedures generally applicable to federal agencies. (Most procurements by CBO are conducted using simplified procedures, although more formal procedures may be used when estimated costs and complexity call for doing so.)
Although the position is nonsupervisory, experience leading or mentoring less experienced employees is a plus. So is familiarity with Momentum Acquisitions software by CGI Federal. Successful completion of a public trust background investigation is required.
