    • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
    • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field K - Business Financial Management Level 1. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.
    Qualifications
    NO-02: Your resume must also demonstrate at least 3 years of general experience with at least one year at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

    NO-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least 1 year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting decision making, planning, and program analysis using multiple forms of metrics, tools, reports, and analyses.

    This announcement uses the Post-Secondary Students and Recent Graduates direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service.

    Recent Graduates must be appointed within two years of being awarded a bachelor's or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution as defined in 20 U.S.C. Sub Section 1001. The two year period of eligibility will be extended to four years for veterans who completed a period of obligated uniformed service of more than 4 years, and was awarded a degree by an institution of higher education not more than 4 years before the date of appointment.

    This position is in the Science & Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) Human Resource Management System pay band for Department of Defense laboratories.

    The pay schedule and pay band for all Administrative Specialist/Professional Positions will be NO-1/2/3/4/5/6.

    This position is eligible for part time, full time or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
