McCoy's Community Center is the central hub of activity. The facility includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. McCoy's Community Center Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft. McCoy Community.

Duties
- Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities to include administrative support.
- Sets the pace and works with employees. Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods. Maintains clean and orderly work areas.
- Orders and receives supplies, stores and stocks supply items in all assigned facilities. Responsible for cleaning, inventory, stocking and organizing each facility on a daily basis.
- Performs food service and cashiering duties as required. Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits.
- Orients new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, proper use and storage of tools and equipment.
- Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other work directives. Performs other duties as assigned.
Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position to include a credit and supervisor of minor check.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required.
- Successfully complete all required background checks to include a health screening. An annual health screening will be required throughout employment. All local background checks will be re-verified every 5 years.
- Work requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license to drive government vehicles to make bank runs and for outdoor events.
- Uniforms and name tags are provided and required.
- Seven-day operation and shift will primarily be evenings and weekends. Shift may vary due to mission, nights, weekends and holidays are
required.
