HIRING EVENT WILL BE HELD FOR THIS POSITION ON THURSDAY, 2/8/24 FROM 10:00AM -2:00PM IN PERSON AT RUGGLES GOLF COURSE CLUBHOUSE, MARYLAND BOULEVARD APG NORTH, BUILDING 5600, ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, MARYLAND. MUST BRING RESUME, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, PHOTO ID (REAL ID or US PASSORT or BIRTH CERTIFICATE), WORK AUTHORIZATION (UNDER AGE 18) AND PROOF OF EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION. BE READY TO INTERVIEW!

Duties

Will interact with patrons and deliver superior patron experience.
Encourages patron interest, participation, and helps promote a positive golf experience.
Assist in the marketing and promotion of the golf activity and programs.
Assists in the daily operation of the Golf Activity.
Assists in the scheduling and conducting of golf related activities and tournaments.

Conditions of Employment

Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3.
Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally controlled facilities.
Willing and able to work rotating shifts which may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
2. Ability to instruct the game of golf as evidence through completion or current enrollment in pursuit of Class A PGA Certification.
