This position is located at Java Cafe (Smith Gym) which is a part of Fort Moore Family & Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR). This is a flexible position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans.

Duties
- Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
- Represents the activity to the public.
- Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
- Supervises assigned staff.
- Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.
