    Responsibilities

    • Performing a variety of administrative and analytical duties designed to regulate the staffing strategy for recruitment, placement, and management of U.S. personnel.
    • Provides oversight, advice, and support for the agency?s civilian personnel management, payroll, special projects and studies, and a variety of other organizational administrative matters.
    • Serves as the principal advisor to the commander, chief of staff and other managers/supervisors in matters relating to civilian personnel.
    • As the liaison, interfaces with the servicing Civilian Personnel Advisory Centers (CPAC) and USARCENT G1, CPD on the administration of the integrated personnel management programs.
    • Review and evaluation of program areas and the need to respond to the overall needs of the agency regarding the impact of actions on personnel management matters.
    • Provides oversight and input of the ASG-QA table of distribution (TDA).
    • Assist in analyzing, forecasting and monitoring fiscal year requirements, including, incentive awards, position upgrades, within-grade/step increases, transfers, irregular compensation and other budgetary items
    • Administers various personnel related programs such as incentive awards, TAPES performance appraisal programs, automated time and attendance system (ATAAPS), support forms and evaluations, payroll issues, overseas allowances, etc.
