    Responsibilities

    • Management and/or surveillance of assigned civil and/or military construction projects in various overseas locations.
    • Provide technical review of project plans and specifications to determine site compatibility and anticipated problems.
    • Discuss principal construction features, requirements and shop drawings in terms of field construction conditions both before and during work performance.
    • Coordinate with other contractors, private concerns and government agencies involved to preclude conflicts, jurisdictional disputes, and to maintain effective public relations on assigned construction projects.
    • Observe and investigate all construction phases to ensure compliance with contract schedules, specifications and shop drawings.
