    This position is located under the Office of Strategic Intelligence and Information - International Affairs Office, located in Washington, DC.

    The program manager will be responsible for the international training program within the Division.

    CES/CFI preferred but not required. In addition, candidates with background and experience in arson and explosive investigations should note specific examples within resume.

    The incumbent functions as policy developer and manager for a critical Bureau law enforcement program, function, or operation. He or she serves as an expert authority on broad law enforcement issues falling within ATF's jurisdiction. Projects involve studies of processes, problems, and initiatives that concern major law enforcement programs of the Bureau and associated activities in other Federal, state, local, and international law enforcement agencies and organizations. Provides professional leadership and guidance in extending, improving, and monitoring existing programs and devising, developing, and implementing innovative changes and long-term improvements.
