McCoy's Community Center is the central hub of activity. Which includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. McCoy's Community Center Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft McCoy Community.

Duties
- Prepares a limited variety of short order, fast food items to include hamburgers, hot dogs, fish and chicken sandwiches, pizzas, French fries, etc. in a Snack Bar setting. Removes perishable foods from the freezer for daily activities.
- Assures tables, and all work areas to include equipment and storage areas are promptly cleared and cleaned.
- Takes delivery of supplies and ensures proper storage of shipments.
- Accepts food orders from patrons and receives payments and completes cash report at the end of assigned shift.
- Assists in coordinating food and beverage needs for special events, not limited to preparing and serving food and cleaning up work areas.
- Follows all safety, security, and good housekeeping rules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

- A one year probationary period may be required.

- Physical required for this position.
- Uniforms and name tags are provided and required.
- Must complete food sanitation and safety training within the first thirty (30) days of employment and on an annual basis thereafter.
- Operation is 7 days a week, schedule will be based on the needs of the activity. Subject to an irregular tour of duty including early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays are required.

Experience or training that indicates sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position consistent with acceptable practices of the trade including but not limited to:
- Ability to work without more than normal supervision.
- Ability to keep things neat, clean, and in order.
- Possess basic food preparation and handling techniques.
- Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
- Knowledge of basic sanitation principles.
- Ability to use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds and frequently walk, bend, stoop, pull, push and reach.
