This position is located within the FMWR Information Management Office on Fort Greely, Alaska.

Duties
- Performs highly structured, entry-level work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skills such as delivery of IT support services, to include installations, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training.
- Communicates factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing.
- Uses established industry practices, procedures or policies to determine the most appropriate approach to problem resolution.
- Applies information security/information assurance policy, principles and practices.
Conditions of Employment

Qualifications
Work experience, education*, and/or specialized training sufficient to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Information Technology (IT) principles, concepts and methods as well as skill in applying basic IT principles and practices in:
1. Performing highly structured, entry level work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill needed to perform higher level assignments.
2.Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing.
3.Gathering and analyzing basic facts and drawing conclusions.
4. Data storage, software applications and networking.
