This is a Instructional Systems Specialis, GG-1750-11. Fort Gordon is in Augusta, Georgia, home of the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) and future headquarters of ARMY CYBER COMMAND (ARCYBER). It is approximately 142 miles east of Atlanta, 80 miles southwest of Columbia, South Carolina and 122 miles northwest of Savannah, Georgia. Ft Gordon's location offers close proximity to a metropolitan area and is an easy drive from Atlanta, Savannah, the beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains

Duties
Responsible for developing related doctrine, organizational, training, materiel, leadership/education, personnel, and facility solutions. A major aspect of the CCoE's mission is the training, education, and development of world-class, highly skilled Signal, Cyber, and EW professionals supporting operations at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels. This position serves as an Instructional Systems Specialist in the Cyber School.

Qualifications
Successful candidates for this position must have experience in administering, designing, developing, or providing educational or training services in formal education or training programs. To be considered qualified, candidates for this position must have knowledge of learning theory and the principles, methods, practices and techniques of the instructional systems field. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:See the Qualifications listed above.
Education
EDUCATION:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, that includes study in at least four of the following five areas:
1. Learning theory, psychology of learning, educational psychology.
2. Instructional design practices.
3. Educational evaluation.
4. Instructional product development, or
5. Application of computers in education and training..
