Duties
- Serves as an inventory control clerk. Conducts physical inventories, records counts, reports variances as required when inventories, adjustments are not within prescribed limits when compared to receiving reports and alcohol sales and usage.
- Maintains counts as required for an accurate accounting and reporting system and performs standardized property management control processes.
- Operates automated equipment to perform records search, data input, and data corrections. Takes corrective action to bring reports and listings into balance.
- Verifies corrected reports and recommends changes in procedures to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Operates electronic weighing system involving scanning, data collection, and data transfer.
- Safeguards stock to prevent loss. Other assignments as directed.
Conditions of Employment

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A basic knowledge of supply and its rules and procedures.
2. Knowledge of computer systems and computers to perform automated functions associated with the duties of the supply activity.
3. Must be well organized with an attention to details.
