Summary
This position is part of the Haskell Indian Nations University, Bureau of Indian Education (BIE). As a Maintenance Worker you will be responsible for providing a variety of services such as carpentry, plumbing and painting, of a general nature in preventative maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, emergencies, general repairs and service calls in the daily operations and maintenance programs.

Duties
As a Maintenance Worker WG-4749-8, your typical work assignments may include the following:
- Perform a variety of carpentry duties.
- Plan, conduct, and complete entire projects from initial layout to final assembly or installation.
- Perform plumbing, installation, modification, preventive maintenance, and repairs on new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems such as sewage, water, water closets, tubs, fire sprinkler systems, and showers.
- Perform a variety of painting and coating materials application.

Qualifications
