    Qualifications
    Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

    FOR THE GS-05 (or equivalent pay band): Your resume must demonstrate that you have at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing work that requires analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies, and objectives. Examples of experience include: assisting with administrative support functions related to procurement, property accountability, facilities management, and/or payroll operations; experience working with others in person-to-person work relationships.

    FOR THE GS-07 (or equivalent pay band): Your resume must demonstrate that you have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing work that requires analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies, and objectives. Examples of experience include: performing administrative support functions related to procurement, property accountability, facilities management, and/or payroll operations; gathering data from information systems; working with quality assurance.

    FOR THE GS-09 (or equivalent pay band): Your resume must demonstrate that you have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing work that requires analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies, and objectives.     FOR THE GS-11 (or equivalent pay band): Your resume must demonstrate that you have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing work that requires analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies, and objectives. Examples of experience include: monitoring, controlling, or maintaining the quality of products or services; reviewing production activities and capabilities in light of contract quality requirements; reviewing written quality or inspection procedures for adequacy; evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of quality/inspection systems or sampling plans.

    FOR THE GS-05 (or equivalent pay band): Your resume must demonstrate that you have successfully completed a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.

    FOR THE GS-07 (or equivalent pay band): Your resume must demonstrate that you have successfully completed one full year of graduate level education OR you have successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement
