Duties
- Monitors operations and personnel performance to ensure smooth running of daily facility procedures as well as special events/activities.
- Ensures employee personnel training is up to date in accordance with regulations.
- Conducts inventory checks in accordance with facility policies.
- Attends to customer orders and operates a cash register as well as serving on the food line. Will serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer orders.
- Provides information to customers on services offered and assists with marketing on social media. Performs opening/closing procedures for the facility.
Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Able and willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent may also required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
- May be required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must possess:
1. Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items.
2. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
3. Skill in providing customer service.
4. Ability to communicate effectively.
Best Qualifications:
-Experience with food and beverage handling.
-Experience with food and beverage inventory.
-Experience with catering.
-Experience with cash handling and Point of Sale (POS).
-Experience serving alcohol.
