is a TEMP position NTE 12 months; the individual selected for this position may

The primary purpose of this position is to provide paralegal, computer-related
assistance (i.e., Workgroup Manager) and administrative support to the

Judge Advocate and other staff attorneys. Manages Ethics Program. Provides legal
assistance and guidance to clients.
Performs technical support specialist duties, monitors and
maintains computers and related peripherals, and tracks routine maintenance of
existing computer equipment. Performs computer security duties.
Performs a wide variety of record keeping, reporting,
informational duties, reviews and prepares incoming and outgoing administrative
correspondence, reports and messages and other clerical duties in support of
the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.
Uses multiple office automation software with varied
functions to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc. Maintains an
effective level of office automation service for the legal office through
system configuration including hardware, software, local area networks, and
user terminal configuration and interface to other legal and/or administrative
systems and devices.
Occasional travel - Incumbent must be willing to travel on military or commercial aircraft for temporary duty or training assignments.
