This is an internship for students who have recently been accepted in or are currently enrolled at least half-time in a certificate or degree seeking program in an accredited college or university, graduate, or professional school. Half-time is typically 6 semester hours for undergraduates, and 3 semester hours for Masters and above (but may be determined by the school).

  • General knowledge of subject-matter processes, hardware and software functions, network and/or operating system specifications, and/or programming languages.
  • General knowledge of IT security principles, and new IT products and services sufficient to assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of software on customer workstations.
  • Knowledge of applications software principles and methods, programming languages, and technical documentation methods and procedures.
