Summary

This position is located within the Office Of Domestic Operations, National Visa Center division (CA/VO/DO/NVC).  Within CA, the Visa Services Office (VO) encompasses all aspects of visa policy, procedures, and information related to U.S. visa adjudication for foreign citizens, who apply at U.S. Embassies and Consulates, seeking to come to the United States.

Highly Qualified applicants may be referred to the hiring manager for further consideration and possible interview.  The category assignment is a measure of the degree in which your background matches the competencies (knowledge, skills, and abilities) required for this position. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies:

  • Ability to use quantitative methods to analyze, assess, and improve program effectiveness.
  • Knowledge in applying program management techniques.
  • Ability to conduct research in order to formulate recommendations.
  • Skill in communicating, explaining, or defending complex ideas or information related to data collection.
  • Ability to use a variety of analytical methods to assess and evaluate programs and/or management practices.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and software to analyze surveys.]
