Summary
Fort McCoy operates one of the premier Outdoor Recreation programs in the Army. Pine View Campground is a large full-service campground that includes over 170 campsites and 17 cabins. A well-stocked camp store provides essentials, and a wide range of activities are available to guests.

Duties
- Answers phones and assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, and demonstrating new equipment.
- Assists customers to ensure satisfactory service and resolves customer complaints.
- Works with a point of sales system (RecTrac).
- Provides support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Conditions of Employment

- A one year probationary period may be required.

- Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors. Job will consist of working in all weather conditions.
- Driver's License is not required for position; however, a driver's license is required if operating a government vehicle to include UTVs/ATVs.
- Shift will vary due to mission; nights, weekends and holidays will be required.
