This position is located at the Loveland, Colorado Community Outpatient Clinic, assigned to the Cheyenne VA Medical Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
-Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Major Psychiatric Diagnoses and substance dependence/abuse.
-Attends Mental Health staff meetings and will perform other duties as assigned.
-Acts as the primary and consistent point of contact to coordinate same day access needs, care coordination, and crisis management for the MSOC; access directly by MSAs, Primary Care staff, and Mental Health providers.
-Supports current growth objectives in outpatient Mental Health and anticipated needed expansion of PACT and PCMHI, implementation of MyVA Access initiative, call-center stand up, and execution of Suicide Risk Assessment MCM in light of growing service demand.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
