    Responsibilities

    • The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Equipment Accountability Office and the Customer Support Liaison unit.
    • Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Equipment Accountability Office and the Customer Support Liaison unit within the 9th Support Division, ensuring customer support complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
    • Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
    • Represents the customer support and equipment accountability elements with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
    • Responds to customer concerns and proactively anticipates issues that may affect other organizations fulfilling mission requirements.
