This is a Supervisory Training Specialist, GG-1712-12. Fort Gordon is in Augusta, Georgia, home of the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) and future headquarters of ARMY CYBER COMMAND (ARCYBER). It is approximately 142 miles east of Atlanta, 80 miles southwest of Columbia, South Carolina and 122 miles northwest of Savannah, Georgia. Ft Gordon's location offers close proximity to a metropolitan area and is an easy drive from Atlanta, Savannah, the beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains

Duties
Serves as the Cyberspace Operations and Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Training Development supervisor to analyze, design, and develop, cyberspace operations and EW courses of instruction. Duties require establishing instructional design and development criteria using HQs TRADOC's System Approach to Training (SAT) for the Training Development Section. Incumbent designs instructional materials for full-length residence, distance learning and mobile training team courses. Incumbent coordinates with other Joint, DOD, Interagency and Academia schools for current cyberspace operations/EW TSPs, POIs, and course materials.

Qualifications
Successful candidates for this position must have experience in training program development and possess a practical knowledge of the methods and techniques of instruction.
