GS-09 Grade Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing financial management responsibilities to include the reconciliation of budget fund balances to validate financial reports for year-end closeout in accordance with financial deadlines; 2) Completing a wide range of human resource functions to provide support to management in areas such as recruitment, employee/labor relations, incentives, position descriptions, and other related activities; 3) Monitoring a training program's progress in order to provide guidance to employees on various policies and courses available for related functions; 4) Providing administrative support with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures for the management of day-to-day administrative functions within the museum; and 5) Applying knowledge of contract management to review contract taskings and scope of work.
GS-07 Grade Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting senior personnel with financial program management for procedures regarding financial deadlines, spending reports, and short and long-term budget data; 2) Providing administrative support within an office to include editing routine correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing briefs and other presentation materials; 3) Assisting with human resource functions in the areas of recruitment, employee/labor relations, incentives, or position descriptions; and 4) Identifying staff training needs to provide feedback to senior personnel.
