The selectee of this position serves as an Administrative Officer. You will be responsible for providing financial and budget management, procurement and contracting activities, property and fleet management, human resources activities, and other support services such as: records and files management, security management, regional audits, various special projects, and other facilitating services.

Qualifications
GS-11 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-09 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-11 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
You may qualify at the GS-0341-11 level, if you fulfill one of the following qualifications:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 level of the Federal Service that includes: 1) Track the expenditure of supplies, office equipment, maintenance, travel and/or overtime to draft future year budget requests; 2) Research Human Resource related problems to recommend solutions to supervisors; 3) Support and implement changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of administrative operations; 4) Communicate orally and in writing to present clear, concise, and well-organized information to supervisors and customers; and 5) Use computers and various software applications to perform a wide range of administrative support functions.
OR
Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years (54 semester hours) of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work of the position. NOTE: You MUST submit supporting academic transcripts.
OR
Combination: A combination of specialized experience and graduate education as described directly above that total 100% when combined. First, determine total qualifying experience as a percentage of the specialized experience described above; then determine the education as a percentage of the graduate education described above; and then add the two percentages. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. Only graduate education in excess of two years (36 semester hours) may be used when
