Duties
- In person and over the phone sales solicitation, to include sales presentations. Establish sales quotas.
- Ensuring client satisfaction from beginning to end, offering client direction, installs and proof of performance.
- Billing and tracking of current outstanding invoices and payment processing.
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheet data and record keeping via digital and paper files.
- Coordinate sponsor placement at MWR events and attend events to ensure client satisfaction.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Must be able and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and special events as needed.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have good writing and customer service skills.
Must be able to work with little supervision.
Must be able to type 40 words per minute.
Data entry experience required.
Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
Prior telemarketing experience required.
Education
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
