You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal government which includes analyzing and evaluating Air Traffic and Airspace (AT&A) programs, directives, policies and/or operation plans; reviewing and implementing programs supported by Air Traffic and Airspace (AT&A); extensive technical air traffic control knowledge and understanding of the laws, rules, regulations and procedures governing the movement of air traffic; and development, coordination, and management of air traffic control programs.
