Duties
Works under the direct supervision of the field operations manager and/or supervisory technician in support of the Army Recreation Machine Program (ARMP). Performs all required cash collections of gaming and non-gaming equipment using a data collection device or hand written documents. Performs automated cash Kiosk (ACK) count downs and fills. Counts and records all coin and currency counts in the presence of a location representative. Checks, verifies and records all machine bookkeeping data and prepares all required drop documentation. Upon completion of collections and fills, ensures that all data uploads are completed, documentation has been accurately prepared and is filed as established by the field office operations manager.
Verify, process, and authorize payment of gaming machine jackpots ensuring that all required documentation has been completed and filed.
Performs cleaning of all gaming and non-gaming equipment as directed by, and under the supervision of the field office operations manager, the supervisory technician, or the regional manager. Troubleshoots and performs minor repairs on gaming and amusement equipment, ACK and associated peripheral equipment under the direct supervision of the field office manager, the supervisory technician, or regional manager. This includes, but is not limited to setup options, monitor adjustment, troubleshooting and operational inspections. Upgrades and installs game conversion kits on existing gaming and non-gaming equipment.
Assists with the installation, support and maintenance of all ARMP operated equipment. This includes, but is not limited to networking equipment under the direct supervision of the field office manager, the supervisory technician, or regional manager and in coordination with other ARMP departments.
Moves and installs all field operation equipment. Serves as a liaison between internal ARMP departments, outside agency representatives, and the field office operations manager.

- Required Direct Deposit and a copy of Social Security Card upon selection.
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks to include a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) IAW AR 215-3.
- Ordinarily Residents in Japan are not eligible for employment under country "Status of Forces Agreement" (SOFA).
- One year probationary period is required.
- Typical work requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion, such as frequent climbing of ladders, lifting/carrying objects up to 45 pounds or over, crouching or crawling in restricted areas.
- Work schedules may include a variety of shifts to include weekends, holidays and occasional evenings.
- Must possess a valid U.S Passport and U.S. driver's license.
- Successful completion of an on-the-job training certification program in cash collection, gaming/non-gaming equipment and ARMP network within 1 year of employment.
- May require driving in adverse conditions, on and off military installations.

- Must be able to learn how to operate a vehicle with a standard transmission.
- Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) status will be provided upon selection.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.
* At least one year of verifiable satisfactory full time work experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Highly Preferred: Direct work experience related to the duties described above, demonstrated cash handling experience, demonstrated technical experience that required the use of troubleshooting, and a working knowledge of Word, Excel Software.

- This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
