You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-11, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Utilizing a wide range of systems or databases to search beyond readily accessible material to locate, analyze, index, and manage records;
AND
Utilizing archival practices to digitize, process, and/or preserve audio visual/non-textual archival materials in formats, such as; motion picture films, sound recordings, commercial 45 RPM, Dictaphone belts, etc.;
AND
Leading a team or project performing archival functions, such as; accessioning, processing, reference and arrangement and description, and/or holdings maintenance on archival materials.
OR
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
OR
You may qualify by a combination of experience and education.

AND
Utilizing archival practices to digitize, process, and/or preserve audio visual/non-textual archival materials in formats, such as; motion picture films, sound recordings, commercial 45 RPM, Dictaphone belts, etc.;
OR
Master's or equivalent graduate degree in a related field OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related.
