Qualifications
Three or more years of progressive, professional management catering experience with a high volume catering facility that provide an upscale dining experience.
Candidates must demonstrate an extensive background in beverage service, table service, and managing events.
Candidates are to have a strong background in leadership and be results orientated.
The ability to be resourceful, make sound judgments and good decisions is desired. Excellent communication, organizational, office automation skills are required.
