Duties
- Assists in the management of a large business activity.
- Recommends and carries out instructions and directives as necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- Recommends or carries out corrective measure as appropriate.
- Reviews financial reports, plans, costs, and budget.
- Ensures the safeguarding of the facility and assets.
- Assists in the marketing and promotion of the activity.
- Supervises assigned staff.
Requirements
Conditions of Employment

- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e. restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
