Qualification Requirements:
One year experience directing or managing Food and Beverage Operations or directing or managing one or more DFMWR Programs at a Garrison or similar civilian operation. Experience conducting financial and budget analyses, and implementing new business programs.
OR
A Bachelor's Degree in a closely related field, such as Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality Management or Business Management.
Applicants meeting the following will be considered Highly Preferred:
- Possess Two or more years experience of managing one or more business or recreation program (for example, a gym, community center, after-school program, or MWR facility)
- Possess experience submitting capital improvement or construction projects (for example, renovation proposals, equipment purchases for multi use facilities, or facility repairs)
- Possess experience working with budgeting systems and/or financial tools to track and analyze funding (for example, Excel based trackers, SMIRF, or any financial tracking system)
**Applicants that meet the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred to management for consideration first. All others will be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list
