Assistant Golf Course Manager

Location

Chena Bend Golf Course, Fort Wainwright, Alaska

Incentives

Job Duties

• Manage business operations as an assistant manager.
• Recommend and enforce operating procedures.
• Represent the golf course to the public.
• Conduct surveys and review activity reports.
• Make recommendations for service improvements, promotional activities, and revenue enhancements.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required.
• Meet qualification, eligibility, and background check requirements.
• One-year probationary period may be required.
• E-Verify employment verification check.
• Complete all pre-employment checks including a Tier 1 background investigation.

Qualifications

• Experience or education directly related to the job duties.
• Possession of a Class A, Associate, or Affiliate PGA Certification, or actively working toward certification, is highly preferred.
• At least two years of experience providing golf instruction at a golf course or golf business is highly preferred.
