    Conditions of employment
        
                - Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position including Supervisor of Minor checks and an annual health screening.  All local background checks will be re-verified every 5 years.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required.
- Work requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license to drive government vehicles to make bank runs and for outdoor events.
- Uniforms and name tags are provided and required.
- Work may be performed indoors and outdoors for special events
- Must be 21 years of age by date of appointment to meet state age requirements for position.
- Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty. Seven-day operation and shift will primarily be evenings and weekends. Shift may vary due to mission, nights, weekends and holidays are required.
Qualifications
    
        Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
	- Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
	- One year experience managing and training staff.

Allowances and Differentials
	- This job is part of a pay-banded system. IAW the Fort McCoy collective bargaining agreement, Night Shift Differentials and Sunday Premium are not authorized for Pay band positions.
- Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
