Duties
- Sets up bars with beverages and condiments prior to opening the bar. Cleans equipment, glasses and utensils and the bar area on a continuing basis. Replenishes supplies as necessary and disposes of waste materials.
- Unloads and stacks supplies for storage. Prepares simple garnishes. Work is primarily indoors. Exposed to cuts and bruises. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Recognizes shortages of supplies and replaces them as necessary. Ability to use knives and automatic slicers. Able to serve simple drinks under the close guidance of the Bartender.
- Receives specific instructions for new or unusual assignments. Routine work is performed without close supervision.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Regularly lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 pounds. Heavier items are moved with assistance or using loading equipment.
- This position has a rotating work schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work is primarily indoors. Exposed to cuts and bruises.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
